OTTAWA — The Travel Information Services Conference is accepting early-bird registration for its event, which runs Oct. 19-21 at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, in Ottawa.
Register by Aug. 28 to take advantage of the early bird rates (Oct. 20 full-day conference: $120; Oct. 21 full-day product tour: $35). After Aug. 28, regular registration rate is $175 for the full-day conference and $45 for the full-day product tour.
Targeted at travel information services specialists, the 2015 conference program will focus on Engaging Visitors To Optimize Economic Growth. The strength of your destination internally and externally depends on your ability to be creative in reaching the constantly changing demographic of the tourism stakeholder and to adapt to the rapidly increasing rate that tourists rely upon digital tools to help plan, manage and share their vacations. Your knowledge on how to engage and communicate with your stakeholders during their buying cycle can transform your destination and drive incremental revenue.
