OTTAWA — Co-authors Cindy Estis Green and Mark Lomanno of Kalibri Labs will be leading a panel, Understanding Distribution Costs and their Impact on Hotel Profit, at the Hotel Association of Canada’s National Conference, being held Feb. 29 to March 1, 2016, at the Hilton Toronto Hotel.

Still challenged by the prominence of bookings through third-party intermediaries? Learn new techniques to understand distribution costs and its impact on hotel profit. Estis Green and Lomanno tackle these issues as they update their original Distribution Channel Analysis: A Guide for Hotels, the industry's most comprehensive study on the subject (revision due out in Q1 2016).

Also scheduled to speak is Sir David Michels, co-owner and chairman of Michels & Taylor, an asset manager for 81 hotels.

HAC 2016 focuses on sales/marketing best practices for hotel leadership at the property level. General managers and directors of sales and marketing can formulate strategies to drive business during the next 12 months.
