ST. JOHN'S — The date and location of Hospitality NL’s 2017 Conference and Trade Show has been confirmed for February 21-23, 2017 in Gander.
“Hospitality NL’s Board and staff are excited to return to the hub of central NL, Gander, with an all new program of sessions and events, the industry supplier trade show and plenty of learning and networking opportunities for all tourism stakeholders in attendance,” HNL said in a release.
The annual conference and trade show is the largest gathering of tourism operators in the province, providing attendees with the opportunity to network with leaders in the industry and gather valuable information affecting the development of tourism in the province. Learning sessions are aimed at providing operators with paths to profit as they grow their business and continue to play an integral role in the future success of NL’s tourism industry.

In addition, Hospitality NL has partnered with Christina Miranda to offer a one-day workshop, Making Smart Business Choices: Spending Time & Money Wisely in the Tourism Industry.
Founder of New York City-based Redpoint Marketing PR, Miranda will provide tips and tools to make smarter decisions that align with business goals.
Topics include product development with a purpose: setting your business apart; and guest relations: making relationships, not transactions.
Workshops will be held Oct. 11, in Corner Brook; Oct. 12, in St. John's; and Oct. 14, in Gander.
