MONTREAL — Le Germain Hotel Charlevoix will welcome chefs Michele Forgione and Stefano Faita from Impasto Restaurant, in Montréal, and Basilio Pesce, from Cheese Boutique, in Toronto, Nov. 25, 26 and 27 as part of a gastronomic event.

The À Table!event will give attendees an opportunity to cook alongside the chefs, then sit down to a meal, and also enjoy the best that the hotel and the region have to offer.

The stay includes an Italian cooking class, a visit to local food producers in the Charlevoix region, a helicopter tour of the area and an Italian feast prepared by the guest chefs along with Sylvain Dervieux, head chef at the hotel’s Les Labours and Le Bercail restaurants. Capping the event will be a Sunday brunch attended by participants and chefs.

“We are truly delighted to welcome these renowned chefs to our kitchens at Le Germain Hotel Charlevoix,” said Sylvain Dervieux. “Guests will certainly enjoy an unforgettable experience, thanks to the intimate setting of the event.”

In addition to the À Table!weekend, Le Germain Hotel Charlevoix will hold a series of gourmet evenings throughout the month of November. Guests will be able to choose from thematic events such as an “Oysters and Bubbles Happy Hour,” a pizza party with a DJ and a giant fondue made from local cheeses.
