VANCOUVER — SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts is celebrating the 16th anniversary of its Friends In Need holiday campaign to support local communities. To that end, for every room reservation made at participating SilverBirch hotels during the week of Dec. 21 to Dec. 27, the company will donate $10 to a local charity.

Guests are encouraged to book early for the holiday season to receive special rates ranging from $85 to $149 per night. This year, the target is to raise more than $23,000 through hotel room bookings and local fundraising events hosted by the participating hotels.
