RADIUM, B.C. — During 10 years co-sponsoring racing organizations in Western Canada, Superior Lodging Corp., as the franchise developer of Super 8 in Canada, has long been associated with race cars and racing activities, ensuring a visible presence at racetracks, parades and Show and Shine events in Western Canada.

Following on the heels of Superior Lodging Corp. and MasterBUILT Hotels’ co-sponsorship of A Night at the Races at the Edmonton International Raceway, in July, the Super 8 all-wheel drive Mitsubishi eclipse turbo made an appearance at the annual Classic Car Show & Shine in Radium, B.C, Sept. 18-19.

The weekend was jam-packed with events such as Music and Market on Main, the famous Show and Shine at the Springs Driving Range, and of course, the parade of classic vehicles.    And while the Super 8 Mitsubishi is not a vintage car, it still attracted plenty of attention from attendees, who also received Super 8 Fan Discount cards (which extend a 15 per cent discount off best available rates for guests of Super 8) and Super 8 swag.
