MINETT, Ont. — JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka has created a concept called the Muskoka Ice Caves that will soon allow guests to dine in outdoor domes on their huge patio. But the winter magic doesn't stop there. They also have Muskoka chairs surrounding firepits, along with furry blankets to keep guests toasty, and something called the Cowboy Cauldron that the chefs can use to create smoked delicacies including bison on a skewer with roasted red pepper.
