CALGARY — Starting next Saturday, Bellstar will be overseeing the management of The Royal Private Residence Club, a 70-unit hotel currently
managed by Marriott International’s Delta Hotels brand.
hotel is located at The Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort on the Kelowna waterfront within the downtown business
district. It features a roof top club room and amenity centre that includes an outdoor heated infinity pool, large roof top patio, fitness centre, spa area with steam and massage room and indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
All 70 luxury villas come fully furnished and equipped with literally everything that guests need — from the corkscrew and dishes to the towels and linens to the 37-inch LCD television. The décor is Tuscan-style with an eclectic, rich variety of furnishings, and artwork.

recruited Ingrid Jarrett of IJ Management Consulting to take on the role of general manager for The Royal Private Residences Club. Jarrett is a
long-time travel and hospitality veteran who has spent more than two decades
driving tourism in the Okanagan region and was most recently named 2017
Hotelier of the Year for B.C. She will continue in her role as general manager and vice-president of corporate development for the Watermark Resort in Osoyoos,
