TORONTO—Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in late October launched Energy by Four Seasons, an integrated, customized approach to guest wellness featuring locally-inspired collections of spa treatments, dining options and other energy-boosting, stress-busting solutions.

Four Seasons Toronto, for example, has partnered with local cold-pressed juice company The Good Press to create “The Detox Box.” Entailing an additional fee and requiring 24 hours advance notice, the program includes morning delivery of a meal plan for the day (six cold-pressed organic juices and one raw, vegan, gluten-free Super Salad); information on the program’s benefits, contents, instructions and itinerary outlining when to consume all juices and the meal; a branded lunchbox for ‘on-the-go’ guests; spa confirmation card for a 60-minute Re-energizing Massage; and a turndown sleep amenity including a personalized note.

At Four Seasons Westlake Village, California, guests benefit from a team of registered dieticians who create Sustained Living menus. Guests can participate in the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, ocean-view yoga at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, or antigravity yoga in Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru.
