O&B and INK move into Trump tower

TORONTO—Oliver & Bonacini
Restaurants (O&B) and INK Entertainment announced Wednesday they
will manage the foodservice and entertainment operations at the Trump
International Hotel and Tower in downtown Toronto.

The two companies will share management responsibilities of
the restaurant, bar and lounges, event spaces and in-room dining.

“Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants and INK Entertainment
bring robust experience in restaurant and entertainment management and
strengthen our property’s comprehensive offerings,” Neil Labatte, president and
CEO of Talon International Development and Talon Luxury Collection, said in a
release.

Service will continue uninterrupted and there are currently
no plans to change the foodservice.

Andrew Oliver, president of O&B said his company is
thrilled by the opportunity.

“Our aim is to have our passion for food and service
complement Trump Toronto’s renowned standards of luxury,” Oliver said.

Trump International Hotel and Tower features 118 condominium
residences, 261 luxurious hotel rooms, STOCK Restaurant Bar & Lounge, SUITS
Lobby Bar and the Quartz Crystal Spa.
