SUMMERVILLE, NS—The Quarterdeck Beachside Villas & Grill, on Nova Scotia’s South Shore, have been sold for $2 million to Greg Whynot based in Kentville, NS.

The property includes 12 luxury year-round villas, each featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with Jacuzzi in the upstairs bath), fireplace, full kitchen and living room exiting to a furnished deck. Wireless high-speed Internet is also provided.

Other amenities include an award-winning restaurant, two one-bedroom suites, a three-bedroom cottage and about 30 acres of land available for development.
