HALIFAX — Having gone through a very thorough and in-depth $12.5 million renovation, a long-standing city hotel has been revitalized and renewed to become the DoubleTree by Hilton Halifax Dartmouth.
The hotel marks the second DoubleTree to be opened for the Hilton brand in Nova Scotia. The DoubleTree by Hilton Halifax Dartmouth was previously the Holiday Inn Harbourview, and is owned and managed by Manga Hotels.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Halifax Dartmouth features 204 guestrooms, many of which offer spectacular views of Halifax Harbour. All rooms have a 50-inch LCD TV and free wi-fi access as well as a fresh, functional, and fashionable new design.
The Narrows Bistro is the property’s premier dining option offering first-class food and drinks in restaurant or in room via room service, all prepared by award-winning chef Erwin Palo. Every morning a hot buffet breakfast is served in the lobby’s dining area.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Halifax Dartmouth has a new indoor pool as well as an expanded fitness center with state of the art Life Fitness equipment. The hotel offers 15,000 sq.ft of meeting space with built-in AV, suitable for many types of functions and weddings.
