TORONTO — The 465-room Sheraton Montreal Airport has been sold on behalf of a private investment group to an offshore buyer for an undisclosed price.

TORONTO — The 465-room Sheraton Montreal Airport has been sold on behalf of a private investment group to an offshore buyer for an undisclosed price, it was announced Sept. 27. Brokering the deal was Colliers International Hotels.

The offering presented an opportunity to acquire an institutional quality asset located next to Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, Canada’s fourth busiest airport.

The hotel is a full-service, newly renovated property situated on a 12.5-acre site with future redevelopment potential and offers a complement of amenities and services that attracts both business and leisure guests, in addition to being a popular group hotel with about 20,000 square feet of meeting space.
