TORONTO — Pantages Hotel Toronto has been sold to Silver Hotel Group for $34 million, it was announced Sept. 12.
Brokering the deal was Colliers International Hotels on behalf of Skyline International Development.
The acquisition of this hotel further expands Silver Hotel Group’s portfolio of independent hotels in the downtown Toronto market.
The Pantages property was purpose built in 2004 as a mixed-use project, comprising 164 condo-style hotel and residential suites offering floor-to-ceiling windows and premium amenities.
The hotel occupies a premium position in and is located near a prominent intersection, Yonge and Dundas, providing close access to rapid transit lines, public parking and significant leisure and institutional demand generators.
