TORONTO — Courtyard by Marriott Toronto
Downtown was sold for $99 million to a partnership between KingSett Capital and InnVest Real
Investment Trust. Colliers International Hotels announced the sale on Sept. 22.
The 575-room property is situated on a
1.5-acre at 475 Yonge St. near College Street.
The two-tower hotel features 14,000 square
feet of meeting space, underground parking, 4,600 square feet of retail space
and two restaurants.
