LOS ANGELES — Formerly known as the Stay Boutique Leadership Conference, The Executive Women's Conference and Stay Boutique Awards, the three events that comprise the Stay Boutique Live Trifecta will serve to crystallize a newly coined industry — BOUTIQUE.

“We will discuss everything that has to do with the boutique community (hotels & beyond),” say founders Frances and Ariela Kiradjian of the BLLA.

“We believe that there is a new mindset that has come to life over the past few years, and that’s the boutique mindset. This includes the creative, forward-thinking and innovative people who believe in the power that “boutique” holds. Stay Boutique is changing up the industry conference landscape drastically and will be continuing the growth of the world's newest industry: The Boutique Community.”

Stay Boutique Live Trifecta will consist of three conferences housed in one exciting event. The events will be held at The Magic Box @ The Reef, 1933 S Broadway in Los Angeles.

Kickoff Day Feb. 11 — Boutique Bootcamp

The conference will begin with the technical aspects of “how to be boutique” as attendees hear from experts who know how to truly be boutique. This educational “bootcamp” style training gives attendees access to industry insider knowledge that they can’t find anywhere else! The pre-conference Boutique Bootcamp kicks off the two-and-a-half day conference with line-ups of cultivated speakers from all parts of the boutique industry. Attendees of our past bootcamp sessions will attest to the fact that this portion of the conference is filled with invaluable insights including in-depth information on subjects including, but not limited to, technology, raising capital, marketing, digital promotion, and more.

Speakers include Steve Schwartz, founder of Art of Tea, and Jagruti Panwala, vice chairwoman, AAHOA.

The Leadership Edition — Feb 12

The Leadership Edition began in 2012 as an event aimed at elevating the voice of hoteliers in the boutique sphere — this conferences now reaches every corner of an exciting niche that has had a long climb to legitimacy. Hoteliers, designers, suppliers, artisan coffee brewers, artists, independent retailers and even consumers congregate at the Leadership Edition to gain the inspiration needed to push boutique forward.

Sessions include, How I created a Boutique Hotel Brand & Why I Believe in the Movement with Avi BroshCEOPaligroup. Paligroup is a fully integrated branded real estate development and hospitality operating company that acquires, programs, designs, develops, owns, and operates unique hotels and residences. Their proprietary brands, development and operational expertise also includes specialized retail spaces, highly curated restaurants, bars and event venues.

Another session is History and Hospitality: The Evolving Industry of Inclusivity with Damon Lawrence & Marcus Carey, founders of Homage Hospitality, a group that is reshaping the relationship between culture and boutique hotels. Through their portfolio of boutique properties and multi-use spaces, Lawrence and Carey are preservers of African-American culture, history and diversity. Both leaders in their space, the duo join the Stay Boutique Live experience to discuss the direction of the boutique industry, and the importance of inclusion, and preservation of culture.

Stay Boutique Village, a.k.a. Trade Show

The Kiradjians say the Stay Boutique Village is their chance to disrupt the traditional trade show experience. Out with the boring and in with Boutique! Multiple halls will be filled with companies ready to showcase the different sectors of the boutique industry that they are representing. The Village will feature a large food festival, complete with boutique food and beverage brands that are health conscious and great for mind, body and soul. The immersive trade show experience will include art exhibitions, salon-style discussion, lounges for networking and lots of pop-up activities.
