Windsor’s Waterfront hotel rebrands as Best Western PLUS

WINDSOR, ONT. — Vrancor Group announced on Nov. 24 that the former Waterfront Hotel Downtown Windsor has rebranded as Best Western PLUS Waterfront Hotel.

WINDSOR, ONT. — Vrancor Group announced on Nov. 24 that the former Waterfront Hotel Downtown Windsor has rebranded as Best Western PLUS Waterfront Hotel offering 305 guestrooms (including 20 suites), upgraded amenities and a brand new look. 

“We are pleased to have completed significant hotel upgrades to guestrooms and all public areas and to welcome Best Western PLUS, a new brand to Vrancor Group’s portfolio,” said Darko Vranich, CEO and president, Vrancor Group and co-owner of Best Western PLUS Waterfront Hotel, in a release. 

Best Western PLUS Waterfront Hotel boasts views of the Detroit River and skyline from every guestroom and is the anchor hotel to St. Clair Centre for the Arts, with combined banquet and meeting space of over 31,000 square feet, plus the 1,200 seat Chrysler Theatre.

Featuring a modern exterior and a new contemporary lobby with fireplace and ample, stylish seating, Best Western PLUS Waterfront Hotel also offers upgraded interiors and quality bath amenities. All guestrooms include work desks, mini-refrigerators, 42-inch LCD flat-screen TVs and pod coffee and tea makers. A full hot breakfast buffet is included with every stay. Other amenities include a fitness centre, large saltwater pool and laundry service, complimentary upgraded Wi-Fi throughout and a new lobby-level business centre.
