MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Each year, Radisson presents The
President’s Award to the properties that achieved top
scores in guest satisfaction as measured by guest feedback for
cleanliness and consistency
in meeting (and often exceeding) the brand’s product quality standards.
This year, only 34 Radisson Hotels received the President’s Award out of 150. Five Canadian hotels were among the winners this year. They are:
o Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Calgary Airport, Alberta
o Radisson Hotels & Suites Fort McMurray, Alberta
o Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview, Ontario
o Radisson Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan, Regina
o Radisson Hotel Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
This award recognizes those hotels and resorts that have consistently
provided exceptional guest satisfaction and brand engagement with top
scores the following areas: service performance
index, product performance index, loyalty performance index, problem
resolution rate and cleanliness and conditions. The President’s award
has become the symbol of outstanding quality for Radisson.
The Radisson Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan are long standing winners of this award, winning the President's Award or its predecessor, the Gold Award every year but two since 1998.
